There have been lots articles written on what an expert has in her Emergency Kit or what a bride should have in her wedding day kit, but there hasn't been as many written the simplest way an Event Planner has their kit. Do they even have a kit? Of course they. No self-respecting Event Planner you'll stop making progress organiser would attend an event without their trusty tool resource.
Every planner is different and will has its style, choice and brands that she or he use, but fundamentally many people will have a very similar list. When I am organising a conference I usually have the actual practical kit and my very own event bible. Today we are considering the practical kit. Now it don't have to be anything fancy, infact I would advise popping down to your local Bunnings and picking up one of many small workmans tool boxes and taking advantage of that as they there are ample compartments. Another good idea is to find one of the scrap booking tool boxes, they also have many handy compartments for storing the kinds of things I am going to suggest.
Now you need to try and think ahead of period and anticipate all the little things you require the most when you are onsite with the event.
